I've spent the past 5 years in the healthcare industry, working on both the insurance software and diagnostic services sides, where my specialty was creating custom reports and automation tools that made internal tracking and operations smoother, faster, and less stressful.

Why I started this business:

For years,  I juggled high expectations, tight deadlines, and minimal support while doing the work of two people. To survive, I had to get smart — fast.

That meant designing automations, building dashboards, and simplifying processes from the inside out. I learned how to cut through the chaos, and now I help others do the same.

I launched Jess Hayden Consulting to support small businesses, indie authors, and creative teams who want clarity without complexity. You don’t need a huge budget or a full corporate team to get results. Just smart tools and a partner who gets it.
