I spent the past 5 years in the healthcare industry, working on both the insurance software and diagnostic services sides. My specialty was creating custom reports and automation tools that improved internal performance tracking, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

Why I started this business:

For years I juggled high expectations, tight deadlines, and almost no support while doing the work of two people. To keep up, I learned to optimize everything: build automations, design dashboards, and lean on AI when speed mattered most. That experience shaped how I work today: fast, honest, and focused on practical solutions that save people time and sanity.

I launched Jess Hayden Consulting to give small businesses, indie authors, and creative teams the kind of help I wish I had. You shouldn’t need a giant budget or a corporate team to make your data work for you. My goal is to bring clarity, efficiency, and a bit of fun to every project.
